Preliminary Evaluation : Examine the documentation submitted by the project promoter and check that it fulfils the major CDM requirements in Morocco ( using the PIN : Project idea Note) Check that the project fulfils the three following conditions : 1. It lead to real and measurable GHG reductions ; 2. It is in conformity with the national SD criteria; 3. It has no external negative effects.
