What do Citizen Consultations want to know? -Which are the people’s favorite media for receiving news -What kind of news is considered most useful - Which medium is considered the most reliable -If people trust the news -What people think of journalism and journalists -What people say must be improved - If people understand the meaning and utility of information and communication rights

Main results TV is the favorite medium and the most reliable People use news especially for staying up to date News are very important in an electoral period for people People believe only partially in news content People appreciate journalists work to a high degree People consider that journalism need to be improved People criticize infotainment, imbalance, sensationalism and politicization in journalism
