Health Screening... Blood pressure is measured in millimetres of mercury, mmHg. There are two measurements: systolic pressure - the higher measurement when the heart beats, pushing blood through the arteries, and diastolic pressure - the lower measurement when the heart rests between beats. An average blood pressure for an active and healthy young person is 120/70. Blood pressure varies with age. It also varies with lifestyle factors such as: diet diet stress stress exercise exercise body mass body mass alcohol consumption alcohol consumption

Heart Rate... Heart rate is a good indicator of a persons fitness. Resting heart rate....the amount of times your heart beats when you are not exercising. Maximal heart rate = 220-your age.
