1 C-Plan (Consolidated Plan)

2 What is the C-Plan? Effort underway at the DE to streamline the collection process of reports, data and progress for districts/schools. Tool districts/schools can use locally, and not just for reporting and compliance to the DE.

3 Why is the C-Plan needed? Districts/schools are required to complete 10- 15 plans or reports and there is overlap in the requested information. Consolidation of applications will reduce the burden, costs and time for districts/schools, AEAs and DE. Is in response to requests districts/schools and AEAs have made for a simpler or consolidated planning/reporting process.
