4. Yunlin County Yunlin County is agricultural. You can see rice field in front of our school. You can see tea field close to our school. You can see oyster field close to the western sea. In the east is the mountain area. In the middle part is the plain area. In the western part is the sea.

5. Pickled Mustard ( 酸菜 ) I live in Dapi. I have a relative living in Dapi. Dapi is the hometown of pickled mustard. It takes 45 days to produce pickled mustard from fresh vegetable. You can visit the Pickled Mustard Cultural Hall.

6. Do you like pickled cucumber? I like it very much. I don’t like it at all. In Korea, pickled cabbage is called kimchi. I like kimchi very much because it is hot. It is not hot in temperature. It is hot in taste. It burns my tongue.
