Key Attributes: Carefully chosen words that describe the most important aspects of a given concept. For example… What are the key attributes of history? – Recorded information – Older than 10 years – Interconnected/ intertwined – Chronological – Thematic – Dynamic (not static) – Multiple Perspectives – Cause and/or Effect – Formulation of an argument – Justified – Investigation – Human (a human creation) – Sources

Argument Check List Is your argument clearly stated within your thesis? Is it clear what you want to prove? Is there clear organization of the reasons to support your argument? Are there at least three reasons, with specific examples, to justify your argument? Are there adequate sources to support each justification? Does it sound convincing? Did you answer the question?
