INDEX CARDS/TEXTBOOK CHECK With the textbook on your desk – Write your first and last name in the inside cover – IN PEN write “Shaw” next to your name Fill out an index card:

MATERIALS NEEDED EVERYDAY A three ring binder with at least three separate sections: – Daily Notes – Homework and Class Work – Quizzes and Tests Your covered textbook – Algebra 2 A hand-held graphing calculator TI-83 plus or higher – See Mr. Avery Rm 410 if you need to check one out Graphing Paper and Straightedge

HOMEWORK ALL HOMEWORK MUST BE DONE IN PENCIL You must attempt all problems to receive full credit (NO WORK = NO CREDIT!!) Quizzes and Tests NO WORK = NO CREDIT!!! If you miss the day of a test – Excused: you must make it up the next day before or after school – Unexcused: Sorry Don’t ditch class!!
