–June 14, 2011 –2–2 August 1, 2011 – Begin input of FY11 Deferred Maintenance – Previous DM values will be removed September 30, 2011 – FY11 Deferred Maintenance due in FIMS October 5, 2011 – FY11 DM Headquarters snapshot will be taken – The FY11 DM values will be frozen until year-end snapshot

–June 14, 2011 –3–3 October 3, 2011 – Begin input of FY11 Actual Maintenance and Operating Cost – Previous AM and Operating Cost values will be removed November 10, 2011 – FRPC data element population, including FY11 Actual Maintenance, is due in FIMS November 14, 2011 – Operating Cost allocation will be performed – FY11 FRPC year-end Headquarters snapshot will be taken Serves as the source for year-end excess elimination and disposition reporting

–June 14, 2011 –4–4 December 1, 2011 – Begin input of FY12 Required Maintenance December 15, 2011 – FY12 Required Maintenance due in FIMS Don’t forget to circle these important dates in your calendar….

–June 14, 2011 –5–5 In general, the FIMS fiscal year is extended until November 10, 2011. The period between Oct 1 through Nov 10 is just an extension of FY11. No FY12 dispositions should be archived in FIMS until after the November 14 FRPC Year-end snapshot Any asset archived between Oct 1 – Nov 10 will count towards the FY11 bank as long as the Status Date is within FY11 FY12 Data Entries – No FY12 data updates until after the Nov 14 snapshot – No FY12 new assets should be added until after the Nov 14 snapshot
