5. Reflection  Initially surprised by how many people donate  Loved the sense of community  Learned more about the process of donation

7. Recommendation  Gained a sense of community, working together to improve lives of others.  Great learning experience for anyone interested in learning more about a great service.  See it on a full spectrum donation through using it on the unit

8. Conclusion  In conclusion I enjoyed the project. I found it very interesting to see how blood is collected and donated, then given on the units at the facility I work at.  I was impressed at the sense of community at the drive.  I also enjoyed using nursing skills in a non clinical setting, monitoring donors for those who do not tolerate the donation process well.
