23.  Community Disaster Management Committee-9 was formed in 2004 and reformed in 2012.  Disaster Management Committee-10, 11 and 12 were formed in 2006 and reformed in 2014.  Lumanti, OXFAM, Nepal Red Cross Society are the leading organizations to form these committees.
