a. Preparing a Outfit Budget
A rough draft of the budget is prepared by the Outfit Leader, Outfit treasurer, and Outfit scribe. This contains a list of expected items to be spent for plus the estimated amount. The Outfit Leaders' Council reviews the rough draft of the budget carefully and puts it into final form. The Institutional Scouting Committee (ISC) gives final approval to the budget and assumes the responsibility for the next step. The parents and Scouts are informed about the budget.

C. Maintaining equipments
Label every single piece of Outfit equipment prominently with the Outfit number, Crew name, medallion, and signature. Keep a complete inventory of every piece of Outfit equipment. Store the equipment in a place that can be locked. The Senior Crew Leader appoints a highly organized Scout as quartermaster Have the quartermaster establish a check-in-check-out system for equipment. Encourage your Scouts to take pride in their equipment and to take responsibility for keeping it in good condition.
