5 社内資料社内資料 5. Operation Principle When a pressure increase is commanded by an input signal, the solenoid valve for supply (1) turns on and the solenoid valve for exhaust (2) turns off. The supply pressure reduced by the built-in regulator (3) passes the solenoid valve f or supply (1) and applies to the pilot chamber (4). Then, the pressure in the pilot chamber (4) increases, and applies to the top surface of the diaphragm (5). As a result, the supply valve (6) opens, and a part of the supply pressure outputs. The output pressure is fed back to the control circuit (8) through the pressure sensor (7). The output is reached to a value in proportion to the input signal by offset operations. (ground) Ground screws for the F.G. terminal on the front of the product. Otherwise, the product can be affected by noise, and cannot work properly. 3. Piping When connecting pipes, hold the male thread side, and apply an appropriate tightening torque. 4. Source of fluid for operation This product does not have a filtrating function, and requires an air filter close to the supply side with a filtration of 5  m or less.
