2. Medical Model “Medical Model” means there are problems in PWDs side.People, who don’t know about disability issue, have thinking of this model. It is expected that the current situation in Abbottabad is “Medical Model”. I can’t go to Mosque Langra!

3. Social Model “Social Model” means there are problems in society side. People, who know about disability issue, have thinking of this model. It will be expected that three yeas later’s situation in Abbottabad is “Social Model”. I can go to Mosque Langra!

4. Four Barriers A STAR Project challenge to remove the barriers of not only “ Awareness ” and “ Information ” directory, but also “ System ” and “ Physical ”, through the following activities; - Strengthening DPO, SHO and Family Associations for PWDs [Empowerment] - Awareness Raising on the Disability Issue [Awareness Raising] - Information Service for PWDs and their family [Information Service] System (Law, Policy, Plan…) Information Awareness (Prejudice, Discrimination…) Physical (Building, Road, Washroom….)
