A substitute for the SAVIN programs A way to force your SAVIN programs to change Will remain managed and operated by the states Can continue to be unique to your own state Supports maintenance of unique toll-free numbers, web URLs, victim outreach and public awareness programs; if desired. A way to duplicate public awareness campaigns Will facilitate leveraging national public awareness opportunities

What a National Solution IS…. Think of NAVIN as a funnel…. Single portal, single number, national PR campaign… all focused on reaching more victims All victims are funneled to the appropriate SAVIN program for service
