4 What a National Solution IS NOT..….  A substitute for the SAVIN programs  A way to force your SAVIN programs to change  Will remain managed and operated by the states  Can continue to be unique to your own state  Supports maintenance of unique toll-free numbers, web URLs, victim outreach and public awareness programs; if desired.  A way to duplicate public awareness campaigns  Will facilitate leveraging national public awareness opportunities

5 What a National Solution IS….  Think of NAVIN as a funnel…. Single portal, single number, national PR campaign… all focused on reaching more victims  All victims are funneled to the appropriate SAVIN program for service
