Objective of the Policy Coordination Analysis Divison Coordination of the development, correlation, implementation, monitoring and assessment of the policy documents carried out by the central public administration authorities, for the purpose of ensuring the alignment of this process with the national strategic objectives.

Place of the Policy Coordination Analysis Division in the System of Functions of the Government Office organizes the meetings of the Government examines the petitions submitted to Government and organizes for the citizens audiences with the Government management develops and presents to Government the annual report on the administrative control of the LPA activity monitors the ongoing harmonization of the national legislation with the legislation of the EC member states ensures the cooperation of the Government with the legislative and juridical power ensures the adequate implementation of the activities afferent to the general management of the public administration organizes and exercises control on the execution of the legal and normative framework in force coordinates the development of policy documents according to national priorities Government Office prepares analytical and informational materials on the drafts of acts and documents submitted to Government ensures the alignment of the drafts laws and desitions submitted to Government with the legal and normative framework in force

Functions of the Policy Coordination Analysis Division Public Policies : –develops and contributes to the consolidation of the system of elaboration, analysis, coordination, monitoring and assessment of the policy documents; –provides methodological assistance to central public administration authorities in the development, monitoring, assessment of the policy documents and reporting on their implementation. Adminsitrative Reforms: –develops the normative framework necessary for implementing the CPA reform; –provides the management of the Government with proposals to optimize and improve the institutional and functional efficiency of the Government Office, CPA authorities, administrative bodies and their subordinated institutions.
