7 Liisa Oksanen 3.2.2016 Performance measurement in Finnish companies -Most important fields to measure in Finnish companies: Productivity Quality Time to delivery Liquidity Customer satisfaction Are factors like trust, complementarity, commitment and financial payoff most important ones when a partner is selected or does a selection depend on the different levels of process manageability as suggested in Shah R., Swaminatan V. (2008), Strategic Management Journal, 471. Are the same areas important also in Russia? Are the same areas important also in networks?
