2 The Start Ice cream starts off as cream, so the particles will be liquid particles. Liquid particles look like this:

3 Adding flavours Liquid particles (cream) Particles when flavourings have just been added.

4 Adding flavours continued Particles when flavourings have just been added Particles when flavourings have dissolved.

5 Freezing the mixture Particles when flavourings have dissolved. Particles when mixture is partially frozen. Particles when mixture is completely frozen and has become a solid.

6 Once your ice cream is ready grab a spoon and start eating!
