Ice Cream Making! It’s all about the particles!

The Start Ice cream starts off as cream, so the particles will be liquid particles. Liquid particles look like this:

Adding flavours Liquid particles (cream) Particles when flavourings have just been added.

Adding flavours continued Particles when flavourings have just been added Particles when flavourings have dissolved.

Freezing the mixture Particles when flavourings have dissolved. Particles when mixture is partially frozen. Particles when mixture is completely frozen and has become a solid.

Once your ice cream is ready grab a spoon and start eating!
