What is a Decision? A decision is a choice you make between two or more possibilities. We make decisions all the time. Even choosing not to make a decision is a decision. Decisions are a part of life; some are easier to make than others. Different people have different ways of making decisions. Some impulse decisions like whether to have vanilla or chocolate ice cream are trivial and won’t do any harm. Bigger decisions require thought and analysis.
