STAR had such meetings in March 2010 on Microwave Sounding and Imagery and in 2011 on AMSU surface channels. These were very successful meetings. Now STAR has several groups working on microwave calibration and products. So a microwave meeting at NCWCP should be appealing to the community.” - email from C. Zou
