2 What is Satire? Webster’s Dictionary defines satire as: – “a way of using humor to show that someone or something is foolish, weak, bad, etc. : humor that shows the weaknesses or bad qualities of a person, government, society, etc.”

3 How Satire is Used Satire is essentially making fun of something to bring attention to a bigger issue, or to bring light to how stupid something really is. Satire can be expressed in many forms, including comics, movies, TV shows, songs, games, and more.
