10 Reflection For Sub Goal #1 Sub Goal # 1- Sleep 8-10 hours every night If I could change the way I did sub goal number 1 I wouldn’t change anything because I feel 8- 10 hours of sleep is the reasonable amount of sleep everyone should be sleeping

11 Reflection For Sub Goal #2 Sub Goal #2- Do 15 push ups every other night If I could change the way I did this sub goal I would change it from 15 push ups to 20 push ups and instead of every other night to every night.

12 Reflection for Sub Goal #3 Sub Goal #3- Do five pull-ups every third night If I could change anything in this sub goal I would change it from 5 pull-ups to 10 pull-ups and instead of every third night to every other night.
