Step 2: Exercise Tips More than 2 dozen studies show women who exercise have a 30 to 40 percent less chance Use stairs instead of an elevator Walk or bike to destination Walk around block after dinner Exercise at lunch Dance daily Wear a pedometer every day and watch your daily steps, try to make them increase Join sports team Use a stationary bike, sit ups and push ups, and/or leg lifts while washing TV Park farther from destination and enjoy the walk Do inside activities while the weather’s poor Vary your exercise
