3 © 2012 Autodesk Welcome to AU… The Roundtable experience: If you’ve ever been to an roundtable, you’ll have learned that they are really about learning from one another; following the topics of learning to help guide our discussions. I’ve been to several roundtables having attended the last 2 consecutive years at AU and I’ve discovered a couple of things… Roundtables are very dynamic and usually take on a life of their own. We are not in this session to teach you, we’re here to learn with you. Share your thoughts and ASK QUESTIONS!!!!! The only dumb question is the one you don’t ask!!!

4 © 2012 Autodesk Class Summary We’re excited you chose to join and learn with us. At ACS, we’ve been through many cycles of development trying to make our applications share data without using custom code. As a result, we’ve had to develop expertise at evaluating and managing workflow, resources and the software that supports them. Perhaps you have to trust your coworkers for progress status, but you feel disconnected from the process? Would you like to have the opportunity to see within the department you're responsible for and gauge actual status on a day-by-day and task-by-task basis? managing processes as cost centers. We hope you’ve brought your ideas because this roundtable is for all of us to learn from
