What we do Look for solutions to challenges faced by children and youth in today’s society –Study problems carefully to understand factors that influence student outcomes –Design programs and interventions to support positive development –Examine effectiveness of existing programs –Translate knowledge about developmental science to daily work with children

Discover. Create. Change. What we believe All children have the capacity to thrive and be successful. More knowledge is needed about the types of supports and settings that foster optimal development. Policy decisions should be informed by evidence of effective programs and practices.
