4. Transitioned from a sit-down lunch to a reception in the same day with a two hour turn around. For lunch we had Dean’s lunch and a School Wide Toast on the same day within two hours of each other. Lunch had 20 tables of ten while the reception had 8 high tops, one cake table and a 12 8 16 stage for remarks.

6. Highlights -Nnenna Freelon preformed with John Brown’s Big Band comprised of current and former Duke students -Created 3 unique food stations and 2 floating dessert destinations -Over 400 guests attended - Students created 3D printed centerpieces and signature cocktail
