22 The Alternate Assessment Test Coordinators confirm that all AIMS A and NCSC eligible students are identified during the January 5 – January 31 window by clicking VIEW in the Student Selector Application. Confirming Eligible Students Eligible students must meet eligibility requirements on the Dual Eligibility Form. Do not wait to identify your eligible students in the Student Selector Application. If students are not identified by the deadline, there may be a delay in the PEA receiving the performance task test materials.

23 If… an eligible student does not appear on a school list in the Student Selector Application or the student information is incorrect or the student information is incomplete Then… contact your district’s or charter’s State Student Data System Administrator to have the student’s information corrected or uploaded into the State Student Data System (or SAIS). An Eligible Student Does Not Appear on School List

24 The Student Selector Application will close January 31. Students can no longer be identified for the AIMS A Science Test through the Student Selector Application. The AIMS A system will not open until the testing window opens February 15. At this time, Test Coordinators can manually add students to the AIMS A Application. AIMS A Application
