Business Social and economic forces Rich and powerful Have a lot of influence on people. They should lead by example. People will follow them. Values not related to nature.

Nature Source of life on earth Conditions we live in Social and psychological impacts on people. Taking care of the environment is an everyday habit. The society needs to make more effort to preserve a healthy planet.

Separation of business and nature. Different values. Some companies only care about money and power. Growth of technology (more machineries, more vehicles, less natural products…) Not aware of the consequences.

Companies who cares. There are companies who really care about the environment and incorporate it in their work. They make extra effort to save energy, recycle, preserve water and share the information. Some may suprise you!! Cars companies such as Nissan, Honda, General motors, Ford and Toyota.

Nissan They created a Green program to reduce CO2 emissions. Staffs members are in charge of environmental activities. Educate the public about recycling and how to waste properly. Training for their employees. Promote eco driving habits.

Honda List of good environmental effort. Recycle industrial water, create Green Factory projects, purchase guidelines. Their facilities include electric vehicles, solar cell technology and home energy stations. Progress towards CO2 reduction. Great projects such as Tree planting programs in Canada.

General Motors Environmental progress First major US automaker to manufature electric motors. Reduced overall global energy and water usage. 55 facilities around the world that completely landfill-free (Recycle or reused to create energy) Take part in education programs. Sponsor the EcoCAR competition

Ford Greener Miles program Great effort with water conservation Wildlife at work program Save the Mustangs program Take part in a lot of environmental efforts

Toyota Created their own special flower species to reduce CO2 emissions. Environmental improvement Afforestation Greenification Floriculture Livestock Biomass Share information and give trainings on Eco driving

Profitable for companies Ecological, social and economical crisis or as much crisis of spirit than lack of resources. People need nature in their lives. They need good and peaceful conditions to work. People are trying to find solution all around the world. Recycle is obligatory in companies. Why not stop creating a separation for the well-being of our society?

Conclusion Reconnect Business and nature Cars companies are still really rich and powerful Businesses and companies have to change their mentality. Share the information They have to be aware of their influence and the importance of nature Use their power in the right way Environmental effort is good for their companies
