Rubicon Atlas: Creating a Curriculum Map Logging In Click on the Internet icon or type Rubicon into your search box in the Start Menu. Type http://beaufort.rubiconatlas.org/ in your address bar to get started.http://beaufort.rubiconatlas.org/ Click on the Atlas Curriculum Map box on the page to begin. Scroll down to locate your name and type in Success as the default password. It will prompt you to change your password once you click Login. Remember your New Password: ________________________________ Now you should see your page where you will begin to create your curriculum maps. Creating a Map Begin by clicking on Develop Click on Units for the map you want to develop Type in a Unit Name and choose the weeks you’ll teach the unit The unit will highlight in red for the weeks designated. Click the red area to open the unit for inputting information. You’ll need to fill out the Content, Skills, Assessments, Teaching Strategies, and Resources SAVE (located at the top right of the page) Copying From Another Map From the unit screen page click on Unit Copy at the top left of the page Select Class Choose the School, Grade, and Subject Choose the map you want to copy Choose the unit you want to copy SUBMIT Viewing Your Map Click on the eye glasses to view your created map. Jayme, my grades aren’t adding up? The guides are located on Edmodo. Important things to remember: Set your grades for the year in F1 As a grade level select your categories and grade weights If you add categories during the year it will skew your students’ grades There will be a parent portal this year.
