DEFINITION OF PTSD:SYMPTOMS: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a debilitating condition that often follows a terrifying physical or emotional event causing the person who survived the event to have persistent, frightening thoughts and memories, or flashbacks, of the ordeal.
