There is a possibility of low-carbon emission and creation of a green infrastructure through effective alleviation of financial, human, and planetary costs of compound interest. We can choose to implement effective land reforms to ensure equity and affordability in housing, which can eliminate capital and land rates. There is adequate time and space to implement effective policies through shared ownerships through the help of Trusteeship companies to acquire stable incomes for all citizens.
