2. Views: Normal  Thumbnails appear in the window on the left  Click on the View tab.  In the Presentation Views group, click on Normal.  You can also click on the Normal button on the Status Bar (lower right).

3. Views: Outline  Text appears in the window on the left.  Click on the View tab.  In the Presentation Views group, click on Outline View.

4. Views: Slide Sorter  In Slide Sorter view, click and drag the slide from its current position to its new position  Click on the View tab.  In the Presentation Views group, click on Slide Sorter.  You can also click on the Slide Sorter button on the Status Bar (lower right).

5. Views: Slide Show  Previews the slide show exactly as the audience will see it.  To begin with the current slide:  Click on the Slide Show button on the status bar  Or, you can click on the Slide Show tab.  Then, in the Start Slide Show group, click on either From Beginning, or From Current Slide.  To begin with slide #1:  Press F5 on the keyboard
