3. County Access School Selection Page County access will allow school selection from a dropdown menu. School access will not display this page.

4. Main Menu Page Information can be corrected by making selections on the Main Menu Page as many times as necessary until cutoff date.

5. ACT WorkKeys Pre Concentration Entry Edit Page This page displays when ACT WorkKeys records do not match the WVEIS enrollment file. Correct student ID and correct class for each student then submit.

7. ACT WorkKeys® Concentration Entry Page Select concentration from dropdown menu.

8. ACT WorkKeys® Summary Page Displays all concentration codes from schools approved curriculum. If the Concentration Completers Field has a 0 then a code from the list below must be entered into each Zero Completers Field and make corrections by returning to the Main Menu Page and selecting ACT WorkKeys.

9. ACT WorkKeys® Summary Page Submitting without entering a reason code will cause an error message to be highlighted in RED.

10. Main Menu Page (to Select EOCTST Information) Information can be corrected by making selections on the Main Menu Page as many times as necessary until cutoff date.

11. End-of-Course Technical Skills Test Score Information A concentration code is displayed for all courses matching to one concentration. Select a concentration for records displayed as Select One. All courses identified as Miscellaneous are courses not matched to a concentration.

12. End-of-Course Technical Skills Test Score Information A selection must be made in each concentration field for records displayed as Select One. You will not be permitted to move beyond this screen until completed.

13. End-of-Course Technical Skills Test Score Information Summary Page Totals are displayed by and by concentration and course. All courses identified as miscellaneous are displayed by 0000 in the header.

14. End-of-Course Technical Skills Test Score Information Summary Page When summary information is updated a highlighted message will appear in RED.

15. Main Menu Page to Select Placement Information

16. Student Placement Data from Previous Year The screen displays the completer information from the previous school year for students in classes 12 and Adult. A placement code must be entered for each student. Select the appropriate code for placement reporting from the dropdown menu.

17. Student Placement Data from Previous Year To add student placement information that is not listed above, please click the green Add Students button. Once the student information is completed click on the submit button and information will be updated immediately and returned to this screen.

18. Add Student Placement Page To add student completer information from the previous school year for students in classes 12 and Adult complete the information in the fields below. A placement code list is available in the dropdown and must be selected for each student.

19. Add Student Placement Page Once the student placement information is completed, click on the Submit When Verified button and information will be updated immediately and returned to the previous screen.

20. Student Placement Summary Displays all concentration codes from schools approved curriculum for the previous year. If the Concentration Completers Field has a 0 then a code from the list below must be entered into each Zero Completers Field and make corrections to the previous page.
