3 Work Requests are any potential calls on resources affecting assets.

4 ToDo tasks are any potential calls on resources, which may or may not affect assets.

5 Projects are major calls on resources and typically create new assets.

6 Work Orders are minor calls on resources and typically affect existing assets.

7 All work objects can have a set of Significant Dates. These comprise one of more milestones in a simple work plan.

8 The work objects can be linked in a many-to-many base. This panel lists the current Work Requests. This panel lists the current Work Orders. This panel lists the linkages of Work Requests and Work Orders. A Work Order may complete one or more Work Requests. A Work Request may generate zero or more Work Orders. Click to change the sort order of objects. This sort of linkage form is available for each combination of work objects.

9 Jobs are packages of work grouped for various reasons including required skills (eg trades) or administration (eg purchase orders, contracts)

10 Tasks are specific pieces of work carried out by one person or team.

11 Inspections are tasks aimed at determining the condition of an asset.

12 Assets are valuable things that perform useful functions.

13 Click for the scheduling sub- menu Click to check for resources required for tasks in selected time window Click to check for timing of tasks for selected time window. Click to post scheduled tasks due from a selected date

14 Click to check for resources required for tasks in selected time window Resource Levels Required and Available are displayed for 4 weeks from a selected date.

15 Click to check for timing of tasks fo selected time window. By default, the form loads tasks with milestones starting the previous day. Click to toggle 7 days, 4 weeks or 12 weeks timeline. Dates outside the time-line are shown thus Assets are listed by the Global Record ID Tasks and Date Codes can be restricted with the standard filter techniques Non-working Day

16 Click to check for timing of tasks for selected time window. Dates prior to today shown in yellow Today line Milestones can be relocated by manually hanging the date value.

17 Click to check for timing of tasks fo selected time window. Click to get data for the selected start date Click to run Calendar form Date returned to the Date Low field
