Spiritual issues in supervision Regarding spiritual issues, supervisors need to be open and willing. Personal meaning are looked by many people in chronic illness or disability. To treat clients from different race, ethics and population, religion and spirits might be an influencing factor.

Conclusion Learning the things involved in supervision is important. They are important, and they are – supervisor roles and responsibilities, supervision styles, legal aspects, spiritual issues, multiple roles and relationships, and multicultural issues. All these aspects bear the same importance.
