Action Points Al-Eslah to share details with NRC on Abu-Ghraib schools WASH requirements: Ongoing NRC reviewing request and will coordinate with Islah if internal approval received from NRC UNHCR to provide details of WASH support required in HTC so that it could be circulated to partners to find someone with the ability to provide support: Pending UNICEF to advise on status of water supply for Al-Abead camp in Bzeibiz Bridge and plans for continued support: Water source upgrade (plan of water pump, delivery pipe to Central Bzebiz camp as well as network in Central Bzebiz camp) ongoing Partners working in 8 camps in Bzebiz bridge area to review drinking water supply provisions, distance users need to travel to collect water and whether users are paying for water and why to enable a more informed discussion and solutions. No partners have a plan to enhance the water supply (network, WCU, RO) except UNICEF as per above-mentioned plan

Done by Afkar (see previous update) Module of Coordination among all clusters through communication with existing WSCs to be discussed within next WCC meeting: Pending. Not yet applicable, possibly after WSCs more effectively managed Kofan to share available assessment for Resafa district to enable UNICEF to determine needs and vulnerability and address through coordination with existing or new WSCs: UNICEF will try to add extra NNGOs to operate new WSCs in Rasafa to cover the districts hosting IDPs at zones to the east of Al-Gaish Canal, Al-Nahrawan up to Al-Madaien

WASH Cluster Updates 4Ws Baghdad 1 st Feb – 4 th Feb (Basra?) Target group: Those reporting on 4Ws & Activity Info. Mainly data entry people for the systems. Time: Around ½ day (depending of previous skills). Training content: Background (reason for 4W, the workflow, 4W vs AI etc.) Go through the content of the 4W Practical exercise of filling in and submitting information Feedback and conclusion Based on the training and feedback the 4W should be adjusted accordingly. Which can vary from case to case.

10 The unit will undertake the following tasks: Coordinate and follow up WASH ongoing services. Coordinate with other clusters interventions. Establish cooperation mechanism with the concerned Municipalities/service providers’ directorates. Coordinate and supervise all WASH supplies distribution campaigns. Receipt daily IDPs WASH complains and follow up on response with partners and/or concerned local authorities. Carry out water quality monitoring and evaluation. Carry out needs assessments and gaps surveys and share with WASH cluster Response to onset WASH emergencies Prepare list of available local capacities /volunteers, workers, promoters...etc. Ensure well- organized visibility of actors and/or donors. Status and progress report (daily/weekly) to WASH cluster focal point. The unit will undertake the following tasks: Coordinate and follow up WASH ongoing services.
