2 Motivation  Bikers need a convenient routing planning tool  Traditional GPS navigation system doesn’t provide enough information for bikers

4 Understanding  Target User: pro bikers  Current Problem: It’s too hard to make a good routing plan by GPS MAP Simple tracking tool for bikers uBike Geo-DB Routing planning tool

5 Study  User Study: 2 experienced bikers:  Road conditions are meaningful for routing planning - jolt - slope - supplies  Design consideration: How can we provide an useful & simply tracking tool?

6 Design  Focus on UX  Usefulness  Our system help user to record road condition, such as slope, jolt, supply point. His tour data will be shared and reused.  Usability  We emphasize on the system robustness and data automatic recording. User can enjoy his tour without being diverted by the system.  Desirability  We have to make people enjoy the enhanced experience with more biking experience shared from other users.
