4. FORMATTING W/ FONT One way to quickly enhance a document is to change the title font. You can achieve a large impact by changing the size, color, or type of the font.  Use the home tab to find font changing options  Additionally, you can select the text to get the mini formatting bar. Drop Cap: A drop cap is a large capital letter at the beginning of a document. Often, they are used to set off the first paragraph of an article.  Under the insert tab is the drop cap option. You must first type a letter and select the letter you would like to enlarge.

5. FORMAT PAINTER Format painter allows you to copy format from one text to another, or it allows you to copy formatted styles within a document.  Select the text format you would like to copy  Choose the format painter from either the clipboard or mini- formatting menu  Notice that the pointer changes to a paint brush  Select the text you would like to apply the formatting to. When you deselect, the formatting should be applied.
