5. Minimalist Experiment Observe an event. (We’re going to observe 2 nd lunch shift.) Write 5 20-word sentences describing the event. Pay attention to detail!

6. Minimalist Experiment Re-read your sentences. Cut out words so they only use 11-13 words each.

7. Minimalist Experiment Now re-write those sentences so you only have 4 sentences. (Don’t lose any of the main ideas!)
