Teachers’ achievements and results Pilot teachers in the South and EU partner countries were more likely to hold senior positions in schools, e.g. head of science department or subject lead. Hence, they were more likely to engage other STEM teachers and seek collaboration with other departments or school leadership than their colleagues in Northern Europe. The programme always includes general sessions designed by the lead project, as well as presentations by the collaborating projects. The workshops encourage the integration of the projects’ content and best practices into the setting and facilities of the FCL.
