1 Weekly Objectives  Students will determine the meaning of unfamiliar words using context clues.  Students will write for a variety of purposes and audiences using the Standard English conventions of grammar, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.  Student will demonstrate mastery of literary terms, vocabulary knowledge, and elements of plot by completing a 5-week assessment.  Students will understand and utilize Choices Planner to familiarize themselves with Media Center technology and career choices.

2 Testing Directions   Mark on the green side of your scantron.   Take out your number two pencil.   Where it states “School Name” write 5-week exam.   Make sure you write your first and last name.
