Global Marketing Office 1. Log-In Access to BTSP website and enter your ID and Password (If you do not have an ID, click “Please register” for use. After the approval of Subs, you can join us) Click “Ticket” to create a ticket 1 1 1 1 2 2 2 2

Create a ticket Select Product Group and Request Type Fill out Subject (Ticket Title) and Description (Request Details) Click Submit button (If temporary saving is needed, click Save button) When confirmation pop-up appears, click Confirm button 1 1 2 2 3 3 3 3 1 1 2 2 4 4 4 4 Save The Ticket has been registered completely. Check the status of tickets Click Unresolved Tickets or Recently Updated Tickets on the left side of the page You can see an initial character displayed the status of the ticket you registered ※ O: Opened A: Assigned I: in-Progress R: Resolved C: Closed 1 1 2 2 1 1 2 2 Unr A UI response speed

Check the Resolution & Close Click Resolved Tickets on the left side of the page Check and double-click the Ticket ID you choose If you agree with the Resolution, click Agree and Level of Satisfaction (If you do not agree with the Resolution, click Disagree) Click Submit button 1 1 2 2 3 3 1 1 3 -1 3 -2 2 2 4 4 4 4

Cancel the ticket Click Unresolved Tickets on the left side of the page Select and double-click the ticket ID you want to cancel Write a comment and click Cancel button When confirmation pop-up appears, click Yes button 1 1 1 1 2 2 Unr A UI response speed 2 2 3 3 3 3 4 4 4 4 Are you sure to cancel the ticket?

Fill out a ticket form To create a ticket on the behalf of customers/partners, 1 1 2 2 Click “Create New Ticket” in the left tab, the ticket creation form appears on the right side Select Product Group & Request Type 1 1 2 2 CAUTION If you change Product Group & Request Type while entering ticket details below, all of the information you added will be lost. You have logged on PRT / BTSP user
