8. vintner dinners  Held at participating Hosting Establishments  Targeted at food and wine connoisseurs, and anyone who enjoys fine wine and fine food  Wines of participating wineries paired with cuisines of respective Masterchef  6 to 8 wines are featured at each session  Welcomes maximum 100 guests per session

9. masterchefs promotions  Held at participating Hosting Establishments  Masterchefs presenting their signature dishes at a series of luncheons and dinners  Each Masterchef to present a 4- day lunch and/or dinner promotion, of which only lunch is served on the day of the Gala Dinner

10. gala dinner  Formal event that brings WGA2008 to a climax  Featuring the cuisine of all participating chefs and wineries  A sell-out event in 2007  Attended by government officials, local and regional social elite and journalists, WGA exhibitors and their clients, food and wine lovers, event partners, hospitality and food and beverage professionals  Targets to welcome 300 guests
