2. Religion  The religion of Rome is a blend of numerous religions.  They worshipped many Gods and Goddesses.

3. Technology  The Romans became great builders.  They also learned many techniques for architecture.

4. The Arts  Both the Etruscans and Romans admired Greek pottery.  The Romans also got many ideas from Greek art.

5. Written Language  Sometimes the Greek alphabet had a positive affect on the Roman alphabet.  But the Greeks and Romans wrote in almost completely different letters.

6. Stable Food Source  The Romans had it easy for food because their was a lot of land were animals could live.  They had it easy for water because they were almost surrounded by rivers.

7. Government  They stayed alive for a very long time because of the leader they had.  When Rome went into war they would mostly win because they had a very strong army.

8. Did not Start from Scratch/Developed over Time  When Ancient Rome was developing they started with a lot of supplies, water and food.

9. Had Strong Leaders with Powerful Armies  Their leader was very smart and strong like the army, that is why they won a lot of their battles.

10. Developed Systems  They had a very good trading system and they also had sewer systems.

11. Built Roads and Expanded Trade Networks.  The Romans got most of their materials from trade.

12. Had Established religions  Their religion was made out of a huge blend of other religions.

13. Declined for Different Reasons  Rome declined because after the leader died, they were not ready to get attacked.
