2. Statistic/Fact Ages 4 and under  Approximately 300 kids in this age group drown in home pools every year.

3. Rule#1 Kids should not run near the pool.

4. Rule #2 Kids should not swim alone.

5. Rule#3 Don’t push or jump on others in the water.

6. Rule#4 Don’t dive or jump in the shallow water.

7. Rule# 5 Have a cordless phone, emergency numbers and a first aid kit near the pool.

8. Care/ Treatment If you are injured in a pool you should go to the emergency room.
