Strengthen Communication Students Improve web presence and content for DOSL main page all DOSL program areas; Utilize CRM and other tools to develop effective outreach and communication strategies; Identify “least engaged” students and target resources to better invite their participation in campus life programs. Assessment Complete strategic plan for Office of the Dean of Student Life, Strategic plan will include implementation of Assessment Plans for all programs within the DOSL alignment– designed to measure program, learning, and satisfaction outcomes; Use data dashboard to tell the story of how DOSL units contribute to President’s Themes and Goals of Improving Student Success and Retention, Engagement, and Satisfaction.
