2 3 Minutes with out air We all know there's people who purposely practice holding their breath.  They put their self under conditions that they have to hold their breath.  With lots of practice  there's people who can hold their breath up to 8 minutes or more.

3 3 Minutes Without Air (continued) It’s a given that we need air.  But for how long? A average person can go with out air for about 3 minutes.  Beyond that point can cause brain damage because of the lack of oxygen to the brain. But! There are people who can hold their breath longer than that.  Like maybe swimmers? Who deep dive? Not only just swimmers but theirs people who purposely push their self to the max to see how long  So a person like that may survive longer than 3 minutes..

4 3 Days Without Water Generally speaking people can normally make it a week without water.  But! That dependents of the conditions Hot Climates  You would not make it as long in hotter weather with out longer because are body will go through more water.  People also train for conditions. Like marathon runners who run in heat.  They limit there self  And are body well start to cannibalize itself for the fuel it needs.

5 3 Days Without Water (Continued) So Technically we can go longer with out water depending on your location and climate. Not only that but people do train for occasions for where if they didn’t have water.

6 3 Weeks With Food When we eat we give are self fuel to be able to keep going. With out food we will crash and will not be able to keep going. Food  Are bodies need a minimum of 1,500 calories a day.  But we can survive on 300 to 600 a day. Like The Rest.  People also train for this making the chances higher.  But dependent on the person and how fast they burn through calories plays a key factor.  If you burn through quickly of course you well not make it as long.  Specially if you didn’t have a lot of fat on you to burn through in the beginning.

7 3 Weeks With Food (continued) Series of Factors  If your having to burn through a lot of calories to keep alive than your chances of making it 3 weeks slim s.  Now if you are fit and you body is use to that condition than there s a chance you can make it over 3 weeks. Conditions  Surprisingly  You can make it longer in hotter conditions with no food because your body uses up a lot of calories severing.

8 All Three Depending on who you are and how your body works will play a factor in how long you can make it. Some people train for conditions like this so they have the upper hand. And some or just physically capable to handle those conditions.
