COUNCIL DETAILS When? Council is held on Friday and Saturday (9am to 5pm), and Sunday (9am to 3pm) Where? Room 13.02.29 of the Emily Macpherson Building at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology Dress code Council attire ranges from smart casual to business. The weather in Melbourne is notoriously unpredictable so ensure that you dress appropriately.

ACCOMODATION The Great Southern Hotel 44 Spencer Street Melbourne Each room has: 2 single beds Wifi ALSA treats! Features of the hotel include: 5 minute walk from Southern Cross Station 2pm check in/11am check out Located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD

MEALS Breakfas t can be purchased at the hotel, nearby cafes or at the RMIT. All lunches, morning teas and afternoon teas are provided for on Council days (Friday to Sunday). On Friday night, dinner is covered! Dinner on Saturday night can be purchased from the White Night stalls, or feel free to buy some beforehand. Please note that Councilors will need to buy their own food during Pre- Council (Thursday). We’ll be more than happy to suggest places!
