Keeping Fit

My name is Alina. I like sports, because I want to keep fit. I have three purposes: The 1st purpose: I like eat fruits and vegetables, meat, juice, fish and milk.

I don’t like eat sandwich, fries, chocolate, biscuits, chips and drink cola.

The 2 purpose: I sleep 8-9 hours at night, but sometimes I get up at 7 o’clock and I go to the forest. I can jump, run and cycle. I don’t watch TV and I don’t play computer games.

The 3 purpose: I go to sports club every day. I proud of myself.

I need vitamins to stay healthy. The are many vitamins: A, B, C, D, E, F, K. The vitamins is necessary for my nervous system, for my human body, for my bones, for my skin, for my teeth, for my human blood.

I’m ill. I have got a sore throat, eyes, finger, a runny nose and toothache. When I’m ill I don’t go to school and treated at home. I drink hot tea with lemon.

My mother and grandmother take care of me. I take different medicines. My mother invites doctor. He looks my throat, eyes and measures temperature.

When I’m ill I don’t clean my room and I don’t wash dishes. I like watch TV and like play computer games.

I need a sports to be strong, athletics and happy.
