Verse for Today: Isaiah 9:6 – For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be upon his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Verse for Today: Luke 1: 31- 33 – You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the thrones of his father David, and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end.

What did this do (The King becoming a servant)? Eternal Life “Death has been swallowed up in victory.” 55 “Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?”

What did this do (The King becoming a servant)? We can overcome sin The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory Through our Lord Jesus Christ.
