Activities within WP1: Transnational project and financial management  15-th of December 2011 – the second Partner Progress Report sent to the First Level Control;  8-th of February 2012 – validation of Partner Progress Report;  24-th of February 2012 - agreed about the final version of Knowledge Sharing Strategy;

3. Activities within WP1: Transnational project and financial management (II)  September 2011 – started the procedure for external expertise services; the procedure was delayed first due to the lack (missing) participants and second due to revisions of the public tender documents asked by National Agency for Public Tender Monitoring;  1-st of March 2012 – procedure for external expertise services currently under evaluation  16-th of December 2011 – finalised procedure for procurement IT equipment for web conferencing and effective local management: contract signed and equipments delivered;

5. Activities within WP 2: Communication activities  November 2011 - translated into national language the brochure and the press release linked to the launching conference;  15-th of December 2011 - press release was submitted for publication in the journal „Info municipium” published by the Association of Municipalities of Romania;  24-th of February 2012 – agreed the final version of Knowledge Sharing Strategy;

6.  October 2011 - initiated a contact list with relevant media;  January 2012 - translated into Romanian language the informations posted on the DaHar website and sent it to LP.  Participation in all online meetings organised by the Lead-Partner. Activities within WP 3: Exploiting the development and cooperation potentials of participating ports through transfer of knowledge (I)  14 – 17 November 2011 – internal thematic expert Mr. Florin Popa participated to the benchmark study visit organised by National Company Administration of Danube River Ports Giurgiu in port of Rotterdam;  22 – 24 November 2011 - project manager Mr. Ovidiu Costea participated to the benchmark study visit organised by Via Donau – Austrian Waterway Company in ports of Passau and Regensburg;

Activities within WP 3: Exploiting the development and cooperation potentials of participating ports through transfer of knowledge (III)  16 – 18 February 2012 – project manager Mr. Ovidiu Costea participated to the second meeting of the Thematic Group at Dunaujvaros (Hungary);  February 2012 - As Leader of Thematic Group 2, developed the draft of the State of the Art – Hinterland Connections with support of APDF Giurgiu, Bay- Logi, Public Ports Bratislava, Port of Ennshafen and APDM Galati.

9. Activities within WP 5: Ensuring stakeholder support and enhancing the consensus building process  28-th February 2012 - finalised the methodology for organizing DaHar Support Forums with the support of Lead-Partner;  23 – 25 April 2012 - proposed date for the first DaHar Support Forum meeting in Galati in partnership with Maritime Danube Ports Administration of Galati (CNAPDM Galati);
